Steve was so approachable

Steve and his wife (I’m sorry, I didn’t get your name!) gave me a great experience yesterday in checking over the gas / electric in our older vw campervan. Apart from the safety aspects which were dealt with (thank goodness), Steve was so approachable, explaining how things worked to a novice. Thanks for such an efficient , friendly service.
